The Quick Add button is the fastest way to create new records in HAQQ without leaving the page you are on. It lives in the top navigation bar — the "+" icon — and is always accessible from anywhere in eFirm.
Click the "+" button in the top navigation bar. Select the record type you want to create. Fill in the required fields — the form adapts to the record type. Save — the record is created and linked to the appropriate section.
Next to the Quick Add button, the Start Timer button gives you instant access to time tracking with Timer mode (live clock), Manual mode (enter hours directly), and Range mode (set start and end time).
In a law firm, speed of data capture matters. If logging a time entry or creating a task takes more than a few seconds, people skip it. Quick Add removes the friction. You stay on the page you are working on, capture what you need, and move on.
