Documents in Context
Documents live in context: each matter has a Files tab for case-specific documents, each contact has a documents section for ID, engagement letters, and correspondence, and firm-wide documents (templates, policies, shared resources) are accessible globally. Upload via drag-and-drop or link from SharePoint via Microsoft 365 integration.

Documents remain in SharePoint but are accessible and searchable from within HAQQ. This is especially powerful for firms that already have document management workflows in SharePoint.
AI-Powered Document Work
Every file uploaded to eFirm is automatically indexed and becomes searchable by Justinian. Send any document to the AI for review and risk analysis, summarization, drafting from templates, or comparison between versions. The AI uses your document library as its knowledge base - the more you upload, the smarter it becomes.
