HAQQ's email integration connects your email account directly to the platform. Send, receive, and manage emails from inside HAQQ - with every message linked to the right contact and matter. Internal communication happens via the Messaging panel (top bar chat icon) with direct messages and group conversations.
The Messaging panel supports direct messages between team members and group conversations. Create groups for deal teams, practice groups, or office-wide channels. When a deal closes, the group can be left in place as a historical record of team communications.
Quick internal questions: Messaging. External client communication: Email (linked to the matter). Status updates that need a record: Matter notes. Task-specific instructions: Task comments. Document sharing for review: Matter > Files tab (version-controlled, linked to the matter, indexed by AI).
