HAQQ integrates with Microsoft 365 at two levels. Workspace-level integration (admin): connects Outlook Calendar two-way sync, SharePoint document linking, and Microsoft Teams notifications across the entire firm. User-level integration: each team member connects their personal Microsoft account independently for personal calendar sync and document access.
Outlook Calendar: bidirectional sync so events created in HAQQ appear in Outlook and vice versa, with automatic change sync. SharePoint: link documents from your firm's SharePoint to matters and contacts inside eFirm, accessible via the SharePoint tab in every matter and contact profile. Microsoft Teams: receive HAQQ notifications (matter updates, task assignments, hearing reminders) directly in Teams channels.
A directory of legal service providers: expert witnesses, court reporters, legal translation services, e-discovery providers, process servers, and legal research databases. When you find a service, you can link it directly to a matter - keeping a record of external services used for each engagement.
