Tunisia's severance indemnity (Art. 22) is one day's salary per month of effective service, capped at three months' salary; it is not paid for gross misconduct. Unfair dismissal (Art. 23 bis) is compensated at one to two months' salary per year of seniority, capped at 36 months — or a flat one to four months where the cause is valid but the procedure was breached. Notice is one month (Art. 14 bis); the limitation to file is one year.
