Where HAQQ works
The countries we serve, the countries we hold a dedicated legal corpus for, and the difference between the two - stated plainly, with a date on it.
Last reviewed: 2026-08-26
Most legal-AI vendors publish either nothing about geography or a list of the countries they refuse to serve. We publish the opposite: an inclusion list, with the depth of coverage stated for each tier, so you can tell before you buy whether your jurisdiction is one we know deeply or one we handle generally.
Tier 1
33 countries with a dedicated legal corpus
We hold and maintain the named statutes and codes for these jurisdictions. Answers cite the provision they rely on, and each country has its own page you can check the claim against.
Tier 2
200+ countries served
HAQQ is available and answerable in these countries, including ones other vendors exclude on compliance grounds. Coverage here means general legal reasoning, cross-border work and document drafting - not a maintained national corpus. We say so rather than let the larger number imply otherwise.
The dedicated-corpus list
Every row names the primary framework and the specific instruments in the corpus. If a row is wrong, it is checkable and we want to hear about it.

Questions this page should answer
- What does “covered” actually mean?
- Two different things, which is why this page separates them. Tier 1 means a maintained national corpus: named statutes and codes we hold, update and cite. Tier 2 means the product is available and will reason about your matter, using general legal reasoning and cross-border sources, without a maintained corpus for that country.
- My country is not in the Tier 1 table. Can I still use HAQQ?
- Yes. Tier 2 is not a waiting list - the product works, and cross-border, comparative and drafting work is often exactly where it earns its keep. What you should not expect is a citation to a national instrument we do not hold. Tell us which jurisdiction you need and it informs what we build the corpus for next.
- How deep is a Tier 1 corpus?
- It varies by country, and the table says so per row rather than averaging it away. The instruments listed are what the corpus reflects - typically the civil code, the labour framework, the commercial and companies law, and the personal-status or data-protection regime where relevant. Depth beyond those instruments is not implied.
- Where is my data processed?
- Regional data residency is available where it has been committed in an order form or platform configuration, and cross-border transfers rely on the lawful mechanisms set out in the data processing agreement. Coverage and residency are separate questions - being served in a country does not by itself mean data is processed there.
- How often is this page updated?
- Whenever the tiers or the corpus list change, and the review date at the top moves with it. A coverage claim without a date is not verifiable, so if that date looks stale to you, it is fair to ask us about it.
