معظم مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي القانوني إمّا لا ينشرون شيئاً عن التغطية الجغرافية، أو ينشرون قائمة بالدول التي يرفضون خدمتها. ونحن ننشر العكس: قائمة شمول، مع بيان عمق التغطية لكل مستوى، لتعرف قبل الشراء ما إذا كان اختصاصك من الاختصاصات التي نعرفها بعمق أم التي نتعامل معها بصورة عامة.
المستوى الأول
33 دولة لها مدوّنة قانونية مخصّصة
نملك ونحدّث النصوص والقوانين المسمّاة لهذه الاختصاصات. وتستشهد الإجابات بالنص الذي تستند إليه، ولكل دولة صفحتها التي يمكنك التحقق من الادعاء عبرها.
المستوى الثاني
200+ دولة مخدومة
HAQQ متاح ويجيب في هذه الدول، بما فيها دول يستبعدها مزوّدون آخرون لأسباب امتثال. والتغطية هنا تعني الاستدلال القانوني العام والعمل العابر للحدود وصياغة المستندات - لا مدوّنة وطنية مُحدَّثة. ونقول ذلك صراحةً بدل ترك الرقم الأكبر يوحي بغير ذلك.

- ماذا تعني «التغطية» فعلياً؟
- شيئان مختلفان، ولهذا تفصل هذه الصفحة بينهما. المستوى الأول يعني مدوّنة وطنية مُحدَّثة: نصوص وقوانين مسمّاة نملكها ونحدّثها ونستشهد بها. والمستوى الثاني يعني أن المنتج متاح وسيستدلّ في مسألتك اعتماداً على الاستدلال القانوني العام والمصادر العابرة للحدود، من دون مدوّنة مُحدَّثة لتلك الدولة.
- دولتي ليست في جدول المستوى الأول. هل ما زال بإمكاني استخدام HAQQ؟
- نعم. المستوى الثاني ليس قائمة انتظار - فالمنتج يعمل، والعمل العابر للحدود والمقارن والصياغي هو غالباً حيث يثبت جدواه. لكن ما لا ينبغي توقّعه هو استشهاد بنص وطني لا نملكه. أخبرنا بالاختصاص الذي تحتاجه، فذلك يوجّه ما نبني له المدوّنة تالياً.
- ما مدى عمق مدوّنة المستوى الأول؟
- يختلف بحسب الدولة، والجدول يبيّن ذلك لكل سطر بدل تذويبه في متوسط. والنصوص المذكورة هي ما تعكسه المدوّنة - عادةً القانون المدني وإطار العمل والقانون التجاري وقانون الشركات، ونظام الأحوال الشخصية أو حماية البيانات عند الاقتضاء. وما عدا ذلك غير مُتضمَّن ضمناً.
- أين تُعالَج بياناتي؟
- الإقامة الإقليمية للبيانات متاحة حيثما التُزم بها في أمر شراء أو إعداد للمنصّة، ويستند النقل عبر الحدود إلى الآليات المشروعة المبيّنة في اتفاقية معالجة البيانات. والتغطية والإقامة مسألتان منفصلتان - فكونك مخدوماً في دولة لا يعني بذاته أن البيانات تُعالَج فيها.
- كم مرة تُحدَّث هذه الصفحة؟
