Superlegal is authorised under the Utah Supreme Court's Legal Services Innovation Sandbox, which permits practising law through technology and non-lawyer ownership. It reviews and redlines commercial contracts in as little as 24 hours, with a licensed attorney signing off on every one, and publishes per-contract rates that fall to $117 on volume. Founded in 2023 by Noory Bechor and Ilan Admon, it raised $5M co-led by Aleph and Disruptive AI and has since launched a dedicated construction practice. It is also review-only, US-only and English-only, with no research, matters or billing. HAQQ covers the full practice and lets your firm keep the client.
