    Superlegal is authorised under the Utah Supreme Court's Legal Services Innovation Sandbox, which permits practising law through technology and non-lawyer ownership. It reviews and redlines commercial contracts in as little as 24 hours, with a licensed attorney signing off on every one, and publishes per-contract rates that fall to $117 on volume. Founded in 2023 by Noory Bechor and Ilan Admon, it raised $5M co-led by Aleph and Disruptive AI and has since launched a dedicated construction practice. It is also review-only, US-only and English-only, with no research, matters or billing. HAQQ covers the full practice and lets your firm keep the client.

    A contract-review vendor operating under an actual law licence

    Superlegal is authorised under the Utah Supreme Court's Legal Services Innovation Sandbox, which permits non-lawyer ownership and practising law through technology, a real, if state-specific, legal authorisation. It reviews and redlines commercial contracts, with a licensed attorney signing off on every one, and in June 2026 launched a dedicated offering for the US construction industry.

    Its founders, Noory Bechor and Ilan Admon, previously built and sold LawGeex, an earlier enterprise contract-review platform. This is their second run at the same product category, not a first attempt.

    Published, volume-based pricing

    Superlegal's own pricing page lists tiered annual subscriptions: Essential at $999/month for 72 credits, Advanced at $1,999/month for 180 credits, and Premium from $3,499/month for 360 credits, with per-contract cost "as low as $117" and review "within 1 day." Contracts over ten pages count as two credits.

    That undercuts most per-seat software for a business whose only need is contract-review volume. It is also scoped narrowly: review and redlining, not drafting from scratch, research, matter management or billing, all of which sit inside HAQQ.
