Oman's Foreign Capital Investment Law (effective 2020) allows up to 100% foreign ownership in most activities, removing the old local-shareholder rule; a negative list (around 37 activities) remains reserved. The old OMR 150,000 minimum for foreign LLCs was eased (practice figures around OMR 20,000; OMR 150,000 may persist for some regulated activities). Registration runs through MOCIIP's Invest Easy platform.
