HAQQ Encrypts, Protects, and Secures Your Legal Data.

You handle cross-border matters. We handle cross-border compliance. GDPR. PDPL. Covered.

You audit your AI vendors. HAQQ is compliant with ISO 42001 (not certified).

Your IT department will ask about ISO 27001. HAQQ is compliant with it (not certified).

SOC 2. HAQQ is compliant with the Trust Services Criteria (not certified), so your compliance officer can sleep at night.
Five things lawyers do every week. HAQQ does each one end to end, on your matters, your templates and your jurisdiction.
Authority-grade answers, with sources
Ask a question in plain language. HAQQ reads the statutes, case law, and regulations for your jurisdiction, then answers with the citation behind every line. Check a foreign-law point without leaving the chat.
Contracts and memos in your wording
Describe the deal and HAQQ writes the first draft from your templates and clause library. An NDA, a shareholders' agreement, a demand letter. It keeps your house style, your section order and your defined terms, and fills the parties, dates and governing law from the matter.
Redlines and risk in minutes
Upload a counterparty contract. HAQQ returns the analysis first, the risky clauses, what they cost you and what is missing, then the corrected draft and a comparison of what changed. You see it before you sign, not after.
Read the data room at scale
Point HAQQ at a folder of hundreds of documents. It extracts the dates, parties, change-of-control triggers, and obligations into one table, and tells you which contracts need a closer look before the deal closes.
For law firms: matters, time, and billing in one place
Every chat, draft, and document lives on the matter. Track time as you work, run conflict checks, and turn the work into an invoice. eFirm is the practice management layer for lawyers and law firms: the firm digitised, with AI underneath it.
One platform in place of your AI tools, research subscriptions and document software. Firms tell us the working difference is volume: one contract a day before HAQQ, ten to fifteen after.
Good legal help used to depend on your budget and where you live. HAQQ changes that: the same reasoning top firms use now reads your lease, drafts your contract, and answers your question, secure and governed throughout.
Law firms, in-house teams, bar associations and institutions we work with.
HAQQ is the one company that truly understands what AI is, how legal work should flow, and how lawyers can keep up with these revolutionary times.

Antoine Kanaan (CEO) and Abbas Kabalan (CLO) started HAQQ after years of watching legal teams juggle six tools to do one job, and watching generic AI guess at law it was never built for. Today a team of lawyers and engineers across the Middle East and Europe builds the legal AI platform they wished existed: one system, real legal grounding, your data kept yours.

Justinian came out of HAQQ Labs. We benchmark frontier models on real legal work, publish our whitepapers and open-source the tools we build along the way.

HAQQ is a Legal AI Platform with two products: HAQQ Chat, a legal AI assistant on web and mobile, and eFirm, a complete practice management system for law firms. Both are powered by Justinian, our agentic legal AI engine, and used across 200+ jurisdictions in 7 languages, including native Arabic.
Four groups. Practising lawyers use Legal AI Chat to research, draft and review, and it becomes a digital twin of how they write. Law firms run the whole practice on eFirm, from KYC and leads through matters, hearings, timesheets and billing. In-house teams use the AI without the practice management. And people who are not lawyers, founders and employees and tenants and students, use it to understand a document and arrive prepared before paying for a first consultation.
General models guess at law; HAQQ is built for it. Justinian reasons under the jurisdiction you name, grounds every answer in statutes, case law and your own matter context, and quotes what it used. It also learns how you draft, so the output arrives in your structure rather than a generic one. Firms tell us a general chatbot gets them 20 to 25% of the way on a legal task while HAQQ gets them to about 85%, and one firm reported going from one contract a day to ten or fifteen. Those are their numbers, reported to us, not a study.
For lawyers and firms: research with citations, contract drafting from your own templates, clause by clause review with the corrected draft returned, document comparison, due diligence across a dataroom, and the practice side where matters, hearings, tasks, calendar, documents, timesheets, invoicing, accounting, KYC, leads and client intake run in one system instead of six. For everyone else: understand an offer letter or a lease, get a deposit back, draft a demand letter, check what a term sheet does to you, in plain language.
HAQQ covers 200+ jurisdictions across MENA, Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa, with deep coverage of Arabic-speaking jurisdictions that generic tools handle poorly. The platform works in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Portuguese, including full right-to-left Arabic.
Security is layered into the architecture, not bolted on. HAQQ's controls are aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2 and GDPR, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, cross-matter isolation, document anonymisation before processing, and full audit trails. Enterprise customers can choose EU, US or Middle East regional deployment, their own private cloud tenancy, or fully on-premise deployment.
No. Your data is never used to train HAQQ's models. Client files, matters, and conversations stay yours, isolated per matter and per firm.
Yes. The free plan is free forever and genuinely useful, not a trial, and every new workspace gets 20 credits as a sign-up gift. It also opens a free legal knowledge base: a prompt library of several hundred ready-written prompts, clause and document templates, tools and guides in the Academy. After that you have two ways to pay: a top-up for a single matter, or a plan when the questions keep coming. Law students get 60 credits a month for $15.
No, and we are careful about that line. For individuals, HAQQ explains the law, drafts first versions and helps you arrive prepared; for complex or high-stakes matters you still need counsel. For lawyers, it does the associate work and keeps a human in the loop on every decision that matters. The judgment, the advice and the signature stay with the lawyer.
Yes. HAQQ runs on iOS and Android as a full app, not a cut-down viewer. Chat with the AI, check matters, and review documents from anywhere.
Yes. HAQQ integrates with payment and document platforms and is developing a Microsoft Word add-in for drafting and redlining (join the waitlist for early access). On enterprise plans we build custom integrations, including custom MCP servers.
Sign up free on the website, it takes minutes and there is no sales call. Law firms that want a guided setup can book a demo; we handle data migration and onboarding, and team plans include dedicated support.
