Justpoint, Inc. was founded in 2018 to find dangerous drugs, devices and environmental exposures in medical records, adverse-event reports and scientific literature before conventional research catches up. For years it worked through a network the company describes as 1,000+ partner law firms, contributing to claims for more than 10,000 plaintiffs.

In July 2025 the Arizona Supreme Court approved Justpoint Law, LLP under the state's Alternative Business Structure programme (the first US mass-tort firm approved that way), and the firm launched in February 2026.
