Counterparts Clause Examples

This Confidentiality Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will be considered one and the same agreement and will become effective when counterparts have been signed by each of the parties hereto and delivered to the other party (including by means of electronic delivery or facsimile).

This License may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be effective only upon delivery and thereafter shall be deemed an original, and all of which shall be taken to be one and the same instrument, for the same effect as if all parties hereto had signed the same signature page. Any signature page of this License may be detached from any counterpart of this License without impairing the legal effect of any signatures thereon and may be attached to another counterpart of this License identical in form hereto but having attached to it one or more additional signature pages.

This License may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be effective only upon delivery and thereafter shall be deemed an original, and all of which shall be taken to be one and the same instrument, for the same effect as if all parties hereto had signed the same signature page. Any signature page of this License may be detached from any counterpart of this License without impairing the legal effect of any signatures thereon and may be attached to another counterpart of this License identical in form hereto but having attached to it one or more additional signature pages.

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and all counterparts so executed shall constitute one Easement and Restrictive Covenant Agreement, binding upon all of the parties hereto.

This Lease and any amendments, waivers, consents or supplements, may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which, when so executed and delivered, shall be deemed an original, but all of which
