Know where you stand before you pay a lawyer
Ask about your contract, your rights or your case in your own words. HAQQ answers in plain language, shows you the law it used, and tells you when the honest answer is to hire someone.
Four moments where a straight answer changes what you do next
Not legal theory. The situations people are in when they open it for the first time.
Before you sign
Paste a lease, a job offer, a loan or a supplier contract. HAQQ tells you what each clause does to you, which ones are unusual, and what to ask for before you agree.
When something goes wrong
A deposit is not returned, an employer stops paying, a supplier misses a deadline. Find out what the law where you live actually gives you, and what the next step is.
Before you meet a lawyer
Walk in with the facts in order, the right questions written down, and a sense of what is at stake. A prepared client spends fewer billable hours getting to the point.
Paperwork you have to write
Notices, demand letters, complaints and simple agreements, drafted from your own facts and ready for you or a lawyer to review.
Use Cases
How you can use HAQQ
Your prompt
"Can my landlord increase my rent mid-lease in Dubai?"
HAQQ response
Rent Increase During Lease — Dubai
Under Dubai Law No. 26 of 2007 (as amended), a landlord cannot increase rent during a fixed-term lease unless the contract explicitly permits it.
If your lease is silent on increases, the rent remains fixed until expiry. Any increase at renewal must follow RERA's rental index calculator.
Recommendation: Review your lease for an escalation clause. If absent, the increase is likely unenforceable.
HAQQ is not your lawyer
It is a research and drafting tool. It does not represent you, it cannot appear in court for you, and nothing it writes is legal advice. What it does is make sure that when you do hire a lawyer, you know exactly what you are hiring them for.
Hire a lawyer when liberty, custody or a deadline is involved
Criminal charges, family matters and anything with a filing date need a licensed professional. Use HAQQ to understand the situation and prepare for that conversation, not to replace it.
Every answer shows the law it used
Answers are grounded in cited sources, so you and any lawyer you hire can check them. When HAQQ is not sure, it says so instead of inventing a rule that sounds right.
Your documents stay yours
Uploads are encrypted, are not used to train models, and can be deleted whenever you want.
Access to justice, on your terms.
No office hours, no queue, no waiting for a callback.

Questions people ask before they start
Is this legal advice?
No. HAQQ gives you legal information and drafts, grounded in the law it cites. Legal advice is what a licensed lawyer gives you about your specific situation, and it carries a professional responsibility that no software carries.
Is it free?
There is a free plan and you do not need a card to use it. Paid plans start when you need more usage than the free plan allows.
Does it know the law where I live?
HAQQ covers 200+ countries, with the deepest coverage in MENA, Europe and the United States. Tell it which country or emirate you are in and it answers under that law rather than a generic one.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes, natively. It reads, reasons and drafts in Arabic rather than translating an English answer, with full right-to-left support. French and English work the same way.
Can I upload my contract?
Yes: PDFs, Word files and photos taken with your phone. Uploads are encrypted and are never used to train models.
How do I find a real lawyer afterwards?
HAQQ tells you what kind of lawyer the matter needs and what to ask them. Firms that run on HAQQ can then pick the matter up with your file already organised.
