Why this is not a fair comparison, and we are saying so
An hour of a lawyer's time buys a licensed professional's judgment on your specific situation, legal privilege over what you tell them, insurance if they get it wrong, and someone who can sign, file and appear in court for you. A subscription buys none of that. HAQQ is the cheaper way to understand your situation. It is not a cheaper lawyer, and for anything with a deadline or a courtroom in it, you still need one.

Is this legal advice?
No. HAQQ gives you legal information and drafts, grounded in the law it cites. Legal advice is what a licensed lawyer gives you about your specific situation, and it carries a professional responsibility that no software carries.
Is it free?
There is a free plan and you do not need a card to use it. After that you have two options: a top-up, which is a one-time purchase for the matter in front of you, or a plan, which is ongoing legal help - affordable access to legal understanding, not a one-time fix.
Does it know the law where I live?
HAQQ covers 200+ countries, with the deepest coverage in MENA, Europe and the United States. Tell it which country or emirate you are in and it answers under that law rather than a generic one.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes, natively. It reads, reasons and drafts in Arabic rather than translating an English answer, with full right-to-left support. French and English work the same way.
Can I upload my contract?
Yes: PDFs, Word files and photos taken with your phone. Uploads are encrypted and are not used by HAQQ to train models.
How do I find a real lawyer afterwards?

How much does one question cost?
Plans are measured in credits rather than questions, because reading a forty-page lease is not the same amount of work as answering one question about notice periods. The free plan covers several real questions without a card. The calculator on this page shows what a month costs once you know roughly how much you ask.
What happens to my chat history and my documents?
They stay in your account, encrypted, until you delete them. They are not used to train models and they are not shared with anyone. You can delete a conversation, a document or the whole account whenever you want.
What do I do if HAQQ gets something wrong?
Check the sources it cites, every answer shows the law it used, which is the point of showing them. If the source does not say what the answer says, treat the answer as wrong and tell us. On anything that matters, a cited answer is a starting point for a lawyer to confirm, not a substitute for one.
