Ask, and watch what it searches

A lawyer asks whether a circular conflicts with the law it implements. HAQQ narrates its work: the legal libraries it searched, the gazette sources it read and the amendments it checked, before it writes a word.

Built for public legal work that has to stand up to review

    Primary law, cited

For covered countries HAQQ holds the named statutes and codes, and every answer cites the provision it relies on.

    Arabic as a working language

Research and drafting in legal Arabic with full right-to-left support, alongside English and French for cross-border files.

    Unsettled law is marked

Where the law is unsettled, HAQQ flags it rather than resolving it for you, so the decision stays with the reviewer.

Your guidance in the same search

Add legislation, decisions and internal guidance to a secure workspace, and HAQQ searches them alongside its own library.

    Files tracked in eFirm

Keep files as eFirm legal matters, with tasks, hearings, deadlines and documents attached, and permissions on every part.

    Controls for sensitive work

SSO, MFA and role-based access, actions logged and exportable, and data that is never used to train models.

    Who uses it for what

    Court legal units
Brief a chamber on an amended procedural rule
A memo with the provisions in force cited and the open question flagged.
    Ministries of justice
Read a long file before a meeting
Parties, facts and dates on one page, each linked to its source.

    Compliance functions
Map a new rule to the obligations it creates

Your files stay under your rules

Public bodies often cannot send case files to a service hosted outside the region they choose. HAQQ is deployed to fit that requirement.

    See private deployment options
    • Compliant with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and GDPR
    • Your data is never used to train HAQQ's models
    • HAQQ personnel have no access to your matters by default
    • Region, cloud tenancy or on-premise, agreed per deployment

    Questions from public legal bodies

    Does HAQQ make decisions?

No. HAQQ researches, summarises and drafts. Judges, officials and lawyers review the sources and make every decision.

    Can it run on-premise?

Yes, where agreed. HAQQ runs as a managed service in the region you choose, inside your own cloud tenancy, or on-premise. The option, the region and who owns the perimeter are agreed per deployment.

    Is HAQQ certified?

Compliant, not certified. HAQQ's controls are designed to align with the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, and we confirm the exact scope in writing for your procurement team.

Who at HAQQ can see our files?

By default, HAQQ personnel do not have access to customer matters. Where support access to a specific matter is required, it needs your explicit approval and is time-limited.

Which languages does it work in?

HAQQ researches and drafts in Arabic, English and French, and the interface is available in seven languages: English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese.
