    The short version

Litify is genuinely capable: matters, CRM, intake, billing, reporting, and AI agents that draft demand letters and discovery responses over your own data. Its gaps are legal research, language, and deployment. It does no case-law research, is cloud-only on Salesforce, and is built for US plaintiff and corporate teams. HAQQ matches the ops and drafting, adds jurisdiction-aware research, native Arabic, and an on-premise option.

    Research inside the matter

Litify's AI agents draft and reason over your own firm data, which is strong. They do not do case-law or statutory research. HAQQ folds drafting, review, and jurisdiction-aware research into the same engine, so lawyers do not need a separate Lexis or Westlaw seat.

Arabic and MENA, not a US add-on

Litify is built on Salesforce for US firms; its multi-language and multi-jurisdiction support is inherited and unverified. HAQQ is native Arabic and multi-jurisdiction by design.

    On-premise for privileged work

Litify is cloud-only on Salesforce. HAQQ offers an on-premise deployment so privileged client matter can stay inside your own infrastructure.

Built entirely on Salesforce, including the AI

Litify does not bolt AI onto a legal platform, it is the legal platform, built as a layer on top of Salesforce, with AWS underneath and Anthropic models running the agentic pieces. Litify's own homepage describes the stack directly: "Built on the world-class infrastructure of Salesforce, AWS, and Anthropic." That architecture means matter management, CRM, billing, and the "Litify AI" agents all share one Salesforce data model, which is a real advantage for a firm that has already standardized its operations on Salesforce and does not want a second system of record.

The catch is what that architecture costs to run. Litify does not publish pricing, it sells through the Salesforce-ecosystem enterprise motion, quote by quote. A third-party review of total cost of ownership notes that maintaining the custom configuration Litify requires typically means budgeting for a dedicated Salesforce administrator as an ongoing salary line, on top of Litify's own license fee, a real, ongoing cost most smaller firms evaluating Litify do not budget for up front.

    A platform built by a plaintiff-firm founder

Litify was founded in 2016 by John Morgan, founder of the personal-injury firm Morgan & Morgan, together with Reuven Moskowitz. That heritage explains why Litify's strongest fit is personal injury, insurance defense, and immigration practices running high-volume intake, not general commercial firms. The company raised a Series A in 2019 led by Tiger Global Management, following two smaller earlier rounds, and is now run by CEO Curtis Brewer with 170+ employees across two office locations.

Where the research and reach gap sits

Litify's AI agents draft demand letters, discovery responses, and correspondence by reasoning over a firm's own Salesforce data, genuinely useful, and something Litify's own materials frame with the same "evaluate AI accuracy and safety" caution every legal AI vendor asks of its customers. What it does not do is case-law or statutory research: there is no evidence on Litify's site of the AI reasoning over primary legal sources beyond a firm's own records, so a Litify-only firm still needs a separate research subscription.

Reach follows the same pattern. Litify has no published multi-language claim and no explicit data-residency page beyond "built on Salesforce and AWS," which fits its US-focused customer base but leaves jurisdiction and language support unverified for any firm working outside the US. HAQQ folds legal research and jurisdiction-aware drafting into the same engine and supports Arabic natively across 200+ countries.

    Which one should you pick?

    Choose Litify

    • Your firm is already standardized on Salesforce and wants one CRM/ops/AI system of record instead of stitching in a second platform.
    • You run a high-volume US personal-injury, insurance-defense, or immigration practice, the exact caseload Litify was built around by a Morgan & Morgan founder.
    • You want a platform backed by real growth capital and a 170-person team, not an early-stage vendor.

    Choose HAQQ

    • You want the AI to actually research case law and statutes, not just draft over your own Salesforce records.
    • You'd rather not budget for a dedicated Salesforce administrator's salary on top of license fees.
    • You need native Arabic support and jurisdiction-aware work across 200+ countries, not a US-built platform with unverified international reach.
    • You want published, transparent pricing instead of an enterprise sales cycle.

    Switching from Litify

Litify's depth is also what makes leaving it a bigger project than swapping most practice-management tools: matters, documents, billing, and reporting all live as Salesforce objects, often with firm-specific customizations built by that dedicated administrator. Moving off Litify means exporting that data cleanly out of Salesforce and rebuilding whatever custom workflows were layered on top, rather than a simple CSV import.

    1. Export matter, contact, and billing records from Salesforce/Litify before cancelling any admin or integration contracts.
    2. Audit custom Salesforce workflows and automations Litify's admin built, since these will not transfer automatically.
    3. Migrate active matters into HAQQ first, then backfill closed-matter history.
    4. Retire the dedicated Salesforce administrator role once the transition is complete.

    The verdict

Litify is a mature Salesforce-native platform for US PI and enterprise legal teams; HAQQ adds real legal research, native Arabic, and transparent pricing across 200+ countries.

Best for: US personal-injury, insurance-defense, or immigration firms already standardized on Salesforce.

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Is HAQQ a Litify alternative?

Yes. HAQQ covers matters, CRM, intake, documents, time, billing, and AI drafting like Litify, and adds jurisdiction-aware legal research, native Arabic, and an on-premise option.

    Does Litify do legal research?

No. Litify's ACE agents draft and analyze your own matter data but do not perform case-law or statutory research, so firms still need a separate research tool. HAQQ includes research.

Can Litify run on-premise or in Arabic?

Litify is cloud-only on Salesforce, with no Litify-specific Arabic UI. HAQQ is native Arabic, multi-jurisdiction, and offers an on-premise deployment.

Does Litify really serve most of the Fortune 500?

No, that kind of figure describes Salesforce's own customer base, not Litify's, and gets misattributed to Litify in casual research. Litify's own materials cite different numbers: 170+ employees and a customer base concentrated in personal injury, insurance defense, immigration, and enterprise legal.

    What does Litify actually cost?

Litify does not publish pricing; it sells through Salesforce-ecosystem enterprise deals. Buyers should also budget for a dedicated Salesforce administrator's salary, per third-party reviews, to maintain the custom configuration Litify requires, a cost separate from Litify's own license fee.

    Which AI models power Litify?

Litify's own homepage states its platform is "Built on the world-class infrastructure of Salesforce, AWS, and Anthropic," meaning its agentic AI features run on Anthropic's models within Salesforce's infrastructure.

    Who founded Litify?

Litify was founded in 2016 by John Morgan, founder of the personal-injury firm Morgan & Morgan, together with Reuven Moskowitz. The company raised a $50 million Series A in 2019 led by Tiger Global Management and is now run by CEO Curtis Brewer.
