DOVER, Delaware, September 25, 2026. HAQQ today welcomed the launch of the "One Million Lebanese AI Experts" initiative and said it is ready to work with the relevant Emirati and Lebanese authorities, contributing its expertise, technology and practical experience to the program.
The initiative was announced after a meeting in New York between H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, and H.E. Dr. Nawaf Salam, Prime Minister of the Lebanese Republic, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

It was launched under the UAE's Government Experience Exchange Programme (GEEP), in cooperation with the Government of Lebanon. The goal is to give one million Lebanese people fundamental and practical skills in generative AI and prompt engineering, so that participants of any age, background or profession can use AI tools better at work and in daily life.
As the initiative moves toward implementation, HAQQ is ready to contribute practical expertise, training capacity and AI technology developed in Lebanon.
HAQQ was founded in 2022 and has built and deployed legal AI for professional settings. Its particular expertise is in Arabic-language AI, jurisdiction-specific systems, AI reasoning and orchestration, research and drafting, source verification, and the responsible use of AI in high-stakes professional work.

"Training one million Lebanese in practical AI skills is an ambitious undertaking, and Lebanon's own technology ecosystem should have an active role in making it a success. At HAQQ, we have spent years building AI technology from Lebanon for complex professional environments, including in Arabic and across different jurisdictions. We are ready to share that experience and contribute wherever our technology, teams and expertise can add value."
