Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan is free forever, and every new workspace gets 20 credits as a sign-up gift. Paid plans add more credits, track changes and your own files. The pricing page has the current terms.
Does eFirm work with Microsoft 365?
Documents integrate with Microsoft SharePoint, and the calendar syncs with Outlook. Email is sent and received inside eFirm and logged to the right client and matter.
Can you move us off our current system?
Yes. A dedicated team handles guided data migration and integration, mapped to your matters, templates and workflows, followed by role-based training.
