How does an in-house legal team use HAQQ?

HAQQ Legal AI takes the first pass on routine contracts, ranking the issues against your positions and returning the redline, so lawyers spend their time on the complex deals. It answers regulatory questions in a new market under that country's own law, with the provisions linked. eFirm can track the work as matters, and enterprise controls keep the data inside your perimeter.

Built for a legal team inside a business

    Review against your positions

The analysis first: the risky clauses, what they cost you and what is missing. Then the corrected draft and what changed.

    Drafts from your templates

An NDA, a DPA, a services agreement, written from your templates and clause library, in your house style.

    Every market you operate in

Tell it you are in the DIFC, in Riyadh or in Cairo, and the reasoning, the forum and the citations change with it.

    Plain-language summaries

A summary for the business team of what to sign, what to push back on, and why.

    Zero data training

Your documents, matters and prompts stay yours. HAQQ does not train on them or hand them to model providers for training.

    Your region, your cloud

HAQQ Cloud in the EU, US or Middle East, a private cloud in your tenancy, or on-premise where agreed.

    Controls your CISO already expects

    • Compliant with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and GDPR

    In-house teams ask

    Do we need eFirm?

No. Many in-house teams use the legal AI without the practice management. eFirm is there when you want matters, tasks and files tracked in one place.

Can HAQQ review contracts against our playbook?

Yes. Give HAQQ your standard positions and it flags where a contract departs from them, with fallback language from preferred to walk-away. Applying the playbook automatically across the team is a Business plan feature.

    What about data residency?

In HAQQ Cloud you choose the region: EU, US or Middle East. Residency can be committed in your order form, and Enterprise supports a private cloud or on-premise deployment where agreed.

How do we handle sensitive matters?

Restrict a matter to the people assigned to it. By default HAQQ personnel cannot see customer matters, and support access needs your explicit approval and is time-limited.

    Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. HAQQ researches and drafts in legal Arabic with full right-to-left support, alongside English and French for cross-border work.
