Digital services and legal AI for your members
eBar brings member services online, from certificates and renewals to payments and elections. HAQQ Legal AI gives every member cited research, drafting and contract review, with training run together with the bar.
What does HAQQ do for a bar association?
HAQQ eBar is the bar's own service portal: online service requests, payments, digital voting and assemblies, and automated internal workflows, customised for each bar. Members can also use HAQQ Legal AI for cited research, drafting and contract review in Arabic and English, and HAQQ runs seminars and training with the bar on using AI responsibly.

Questions from bar associations
What is HAQQ eBar?
eBar is HAQQ's platform for bar associations: online service requests, payments, digital voting and assemblies, and automated internal workflows, customised for each bar.
Do bar associations work with HAQQ today?
Yes. The Tripoli Bar Association partners with HAQQ to bring its member services online. In October 2026 HAQQ signed cooperation protocols with the New Cairo Bar Association, as its official and exclusive technology partner, and with the Southern Giza Bar Association. Together the two Egyptian partnerships reach more than 55,000 lawyers.
Can members use HAQQ's legal AI?
Yes. Member access to Legal AI Chat and eFirm can be part of a bar programme, and we scope it with each bar.
How does a programme start?
We map the bar's technical, operational and legal requirements, configure eBar for its services and rules, open access to members, and run seminars and workshops. The programme grows as the bar's needs change.
Is member data protected?
Member data is never used to train HAQQ's models, and data protection stays at the core of every bar programme.
