Its own site describes it plainly: "Kanoni AI is designed for Arabic-first legal teams that also work across English documents, cross-border matters, and modern operational workflows." On paper, that is a similar feature list to HAQQ's.

What is missing is verification. The site names no founding date, no headquarters, no funding round, and shows no client logos or testimonials. It describes itself as still improving security, stability and source quality before full commercial expansion — language that reads as pre-launch or early beta rather than an established vendor with a track record.

Some secondary sources online describe Kanoni AI as an Egyptian company with funding and stated plans to expand into Saudi Arabia and Jordan. We looked for independent confirmation of any of that — press coverage, a funding announcement, a headquarters address — and found none; searches for its funding repeatedly surfaced an unrelated, similarly-named Dubai startup instead. We are not asserting those claims are false, only that we could not verify them, and would rather say that plainly than repeat an unconfirmed number about a named competitor.

A fair comparison needs two sides with real substance, and today only one side of this page has that: HAQQ's coverage, pricing and practice-management features are documented and checkable.
