    DoNotPay's actual product has always been narrower than its old tagline suggested: automated templates for parking-ticket appeals, subscription cancellations, warranty and refund claims, and small-claims filings in specific US states plus limited UK coverage. It remains operational in 2026, with active user reviews on Trustpilot, and continues to serve that narrow, high-volume consumer-dispute niche.
