Which laws are in the corpus?
The corpus holds Ley de Productividad y Competitividad Laboral, Código Civil, Ley General de Sociedades. Depth beyond those instruments is not implied.
How quickly do new laws appear?
The library is updated as official sources publish changes, and HAQQ can fetch a newer instrument when you ask. A very recent change may need that prompt.
Does HAQQ cover court decisions?
Where a jurisdiction publishes decisions through an official or trusted source, HAQQ draws on them. Case-law coverage varies by country, so do not assume a decision is included because the statute is.
Does HAQQ replace a local lawyer?
No. It speeds up research and routine drafting. Litigation and complex matters still need licensed local counsel.
Where is my data processed?
Regional data residency is available where it is committed in your order form or platform configuration. Being served in a country does not by itself mean data is processed there.
