    Shwra operates two live web surfaces under one brand: shwra.sa, the operating legal-services site with real service descriptions, named corporate clients including Riyadh Bank, and a Tamara instalment-payment option, and shwra.ai, a separate AI-forward marketing microsite for the same company. As of our check on 3 September 2026, shwra.ai's own page displayed unpopulated "0%" placeholder values for the specific efficiency claims it advertises, that legal work through Shwra is "3 times faster" at "30% lower cost", meaning those multipliers were not backed by any visible data on the page itself at the time we looked.

    None of that changes what Shwra actually is: a licensed Saudi entity, Commercial Registration No. 4650222665, delivering real legal services through lawyers licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Justice, with an AI layer called Musheer assisting the search, drafting and review around them.

    A hybrid model HAQQ cannot copy directly
