A vertical AI platform for one practice area, built at scale
EvenUp is not a horizontal legal AI tool — it is a full case-lifecycle platform purpose-built for personal-injury firms, covering pre-litigation work (intake, treatment tracking, demand generation, negotiation, and a "Pre-Litigation-as-a-Service" offering) and litigation work (discovery and trial support), on top of an AI Assistant, AI Drafting, and Communication Agents. Its Claims Intelligence Platform is trained on hundreds of thousands of injury cases and millions of medical records, with case volume nearly doubling to roughly 10,000 cases a week in the six months before October 2025, and more than 200,000 cases resolved to date, per its investors' own account.
That depth of PI-specific training data is a genuine moat within its niche, and something a horizontal, multi-practice platform like HAQQ does not attempt to replicate. Founded in San Francisco in late 2019, EvenUp closed a large Series E in October 2025 at a valuation coverage described as reaching "double unicorn" status, led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
