Governance and Structure
The agreement includes provisions governing confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, branding usage, and financial arrangements for any jointly executed activities. Any commercial or revenue-sharing initiatives arising from the partnership will be defined through separate written agreements on a case-by-case basis.
The MoU enters into force on the date of signature and is valid for an initial period of two years, with automatic renewal unless terminated in accordance with its terms.
