How is HAQQ different from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?

General models guess at law; HAQQ is built for it. Justinian reasons under the jurisdiction you name, grounds every answer in statutes, case law and your own matter context, and quotes what it used. It also learns how you draft, so the output arrives in your structure rather than a generic one. Firms tell us a general chatbot gets them 20 to 25% of the way on a legal task while HAQQ gets them to about 85%, and one firm reported going from one contract a day to ten or fifteen. Those are their numbers, reported to us, not a study.

What can HAQQ actually do?

For lawyers and firms: research with citations, contract drafting from your own templates, clause by clause review with the corrected draft returned, document comparison, due diligence across a dataroom, and the practice side where matters, hearings, tasks, calendar, documents, timesheets, invoicing, accounting, KYC, leads and client intake run in one system instead of six. For everyone else: understand an offer letter or a lease, get a deposit back, draft a demand letter, check what a term sheet does to you, in plain language.

Which jurisdictions and languages does HAQQ cover?

HAQQ covers 200+ jurisdictions across MENA, Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa, with deep coverage of Arabic-speaking jurisdictions that generic tools handle poorly. The platform works in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Portuguese - including full right-to-left Arabic.

How does HAQQ keep my data secure and confidential?

Security is layered into the architecture, not bolted on. HAQQ is built to ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and SOC 2 controls, and to GDPR requirements, with 256-bit AES encryption, role-based access control, cross-matter isolation, document anonymisation before processing, and full audit trails. Enterprise customers can choose EU, GCC or LATAM data residency, private cloud, or on-premise deployment.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is never used to train HAQQ's models. Client files, matters, and conversations stay yours, isolated per matter and per firm.

Yes. The free plan is free forever and genuinely useful, not a trial, and every new workspace gets 20 credits as a sign-up gift. It also opens a free legal knowledge base: a prompt library of several hundred ready-written prompts, clause and document templates, tools and guides in the Academy. After that you have two ways to pay: a top-up for a single matter, or a plan when the questions keep coming. Law students get 60 credits a month for $15.

Can HAQQ replace my lawyer?

No, and we are careful about that line. For individuals, HAQQ explains the law, drafts first versions and helps you arrive prepared; for complex or high-stakes matters you still need counsel. For lawyers, it does the associate work and keeps a human in the loop on every decision that matters. The judgment, the advice and the signature stay with the lawyer.

Can I use HAQQ on mobile?

Yes. HAQQ is available on iOS and Android - the only legal AI engine with a full mobile experience. Chat with the AI, check matters, and review documents from anywhere.

Does HAQQ integrate with my existing tools?

Yes. HAQQ integrates with payment and document platforms, ships a Microsoft Word add-in for drafting and redlining where you already work, and exposes an API and MCP server for custom workflows. Custom integrations are available on enterprise plans.
